Andy Yavello
When Andy Yavello attended college he studied hard and worked diligently to hone his skills. He graduated from Western Michigan University Kalamazoo with a bachelor of Business Administration, Sales and Business Marketing and a Minor in General Business. In 2006, he began working for American Profit Recovery as an Outside Sales Representative and seemed to find the ideal environment for his talents. He was promoted to Field Trainer in 2008 where he shadows and assists sales representatives.
In addition to his hard work in school, Yavello was a MEAP (Michigan Educational Assessment Program) Scholarship Winner and he is a member of the Sales and Business Marketing Association. He possesses exceptional communication skills and provides inspiration and motivation to those he works with at APR. Yavello enjoys helping others and when he is not working he volunteers for the Kalamazoo Civic Center and the Boys and Girls Club of Kalamazoo.
Yavello manages many of APR’s lawn care client partnerships including: Real Green Systems, Lawn Doctor, Weed, Man, and ArborGold. His passion for sales gives him the energy to manage nearly 500 active clients. In the fall and winter, Yavello spends a large amount of his time at APR traveling to numerous lawn care industry trade shows to support his clients. He is a great addition to the APR team and exemplifies their desire to be different from traditional collection agencies through hard work, ethics and diplomacy.
