Jeff DiMatteo
Download PDF bioJeff DiMatteo is one of five partners at American Profit Recovery, based in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Mr. DiMatteo is a seasoned professional in the collection industry with a strong background in consumer and business collections.
Mr. DiMatteo spends much of his time in licensing and compliance, human resources and the overall business operations of the company. He has over 14 years’ experience in the collection industry serving in many capacities.
Mr. DiMatteo spent 10 years at one of the largest collection agencies in the country. There he served as a regional manager on the collection side of the business in both St. Paul and Boston and ultimately served as a vice president of the company. As vice president he oversaw six east coast collection offices that generated an average of $1.1 million in revenue each month.
He co-founded American Profit Recovery with four other colleagues with a main goal of changing the way the industry worked by adding technology, customer service and a new approach to the collection industry. To date, because of their unique business model, DiMatteo and his partners have presided over impressive growth from their inception.
