Jeffrey Spurgess
Jeff Spurgess is cofounder of American Profit Recovery with offices in Farmington Hills, MI as well as three other locations around the country. Mr. Spurgess manages all back-end operations for the company including accounting functions, database management, internet strategies, marketing, vendor relations and company structures.
Mr. Spurgess spent over 10 years at one of the country’s largest collection agencies. He was a top performer whose diligence, leadership and expertise yielded results that far exceed company expectations. During his time as a regional branch manager he had the lowest company turn-over in over eight years of management and drove business from $1.8 to $3.5 million in annual gross revenue during his tenure.
He co-founded American Profit Recovery with four other colleagues with a main goal of changing the way the industry worked by adding technology, customer service and a new approach to the collection industry. To date, because of their unique business model, Spurgess and his partners have presided over impressive growth from their inception.
