Michelle Riviello
In August 2005, Michelle Riviello joined the American Profit Recovery team in the Marlborough, Massachusetts office. She currently manages APR’s Customer Service Team while also handling overall operations. After graduating from the University of Dayton, Riviello acquired experience in marketing, recruitment, training and management which she brought to her position at APR. She’s helped assemble one of the best teams in the collection industry.
Riviello's insight and knowledge help her hire and manage all internal support staff including administrative and sales professionals who are on the front lines and often times the first contact many customers have with APR. In her years with the company, she has also developed exceptional training sessions and tools that keep the team at the top of their game.
Riviello is proud to be part of a team that is different from traditional collection agencies and she works hard to help APR make a positive impact in the collection industry as well as the community. She continues to coordinate efforts to help APR employees in the Massachusetts, Michigan and North Carolina offices raise money in their local Making Strides Walks to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month; adopt local families during the holiday season; and support PLANET Day of Service projects on Earth Day. Her efforts have helped the company raise tens of thousands of dollars for charity. Riviello also created and coordinates Employee Week annually to pay tribute to her team.
In her Human Resources role, her hiring efforts, training materials, and coordination of internal activities create an exceptional workforce as well as a productive and enjoyable workplace earning the agency one of the best places to work in the industry three years in a row. In her free time, Riviello serves as co-chair of the Junior League of Boston Events Committee helping this charitable organization make an impact on the health and wellness of children throughout greater Boston.
