Mike Hiller
Mike Hiller is an accomplished Collection Manager with American Profit Recovery who joined the Farmington Hills, Michigan office in 2005. Hiller attended the University of Detroit Mercy where he served as an adviser for graduate students in a mentoring program. Following graduation he worked as a Sales Associate with Vector Marketing then as a Crew Manager with H & H Contracting. Both positions helped him cultivate recruiting, training and management talents. Hiller is an excellent manager at APR who keeps his team motivated by creating a great workplace and by setting a good example.
Hiller possesses a Master's Degree is Psychology which not only enables him to hire the right team members under him but when he’s dealing with the public, he can identify why someone is in collections and try to help that individual work out a solution to their debt.
Hiller is not only dedicated to working each day to make APR the best collection agency in the industry, he is enthusiastic about participating in company charity events and volunteering for personal charities in his free time. Hiller participates in APR’s annual Making Strides for Breast Cancer Walk along with volunteering to plant flowers and trees when the company is part of the Planet Day of Service each April. Away from the office he is married to Jen and works to make the community they live in a better place. Hiller is part of the Rochester/Auburn Hills Community Coalition (RAHCC) and is currently helping organize Wellston’s "Little Mary’s Hospitality House".
Hiller's experience in the collection industry and personal penchant for helping others thorough volunteer work and charitable events make him an incredible part of the APR team.
