Administrative Support
Our Admin team takes care of a variety of projects. From order processing to posting payments to answering phone inquiries to entering accounts, daily activities change keeping this position fresh and exciting.
Candidates should possess:
- Great communication skills – verbal and written
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Customer Service
Our Sales reps are busy people! So it's our customer service team that keeps up with the daily activities that need to be done to keep our clients happy and their results as positive as possible. Tasks include inbound and outbound calls, client trainings, client education in FDCPA regulations and use of APRweb and assisting with anything else our clients need.
What we ask of you:
- Upbeat, outgoing personality
- Great work ethic
- Ability to think on your feet and multi-task
- Sales minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Resilient and calm under pressure
- Prior Customer Service work encouraged
- Four year degree preferred
