Have you Met: Loni Fox

Many of you have luckily had an opportunity to work with Loni Fox.  Loni joined American Profit Recovery in an administrative role in August 2005.  She was (arguably) APR’s 4th employee.  During her time at APR, Loni has held various roles from order processing to payment posting to client training and handling APRs accounts receivables.

After giving birth to her first son this summer, Brody, Loni rejoined APR in her newest endeavor – Customer Service Rep.  Loni joins Ryan Melnechuk and Ginny Dwyer to add our third Customer Service Rep for the first time.  Loni brings a wealth of knowledge in debt collection to this role as well as a ton of excitement! 

Loni attended Saginaw Valley State University before graduating from Wayne State University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art and a study in Graphic Design.  She resides in and works out of Farmington Hills, MI. Any time you have a question and need a friendly voice to get you an answer, do not hesitate to ask for Loni!  She is always going above and beyond to help and we are very happy to have her on our team.
