through a program created by industry publication insideARM.com and the Best
Companies Group.
For
three years, the collection agency has racked up this honor. The survey and award
program is designed to identify and honor the best places of employment in the
collection industry. The Best Places to
Work in Collections list is made up of 25 companies who benefit the
nation’s economy, its workforce and businesses.

Companies
from across the country entered the two-part survey process managed by Best
Companies Group and facilitated by insideARM to be considered for
participation. A few of the eligibility requirements included: being a
for-profit or not-for-profit business, being a publicly or privately held
business and being a Collection Agency,
Collection Law Firm or Debt Buyer. The
first part of the evaluation process consisted of reviewing nominees’ workplace
policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second section
of the evaluation consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee
experience. The combined scores were tabulated and averaged to determine the
top companies and the final rankings.
