Jeff DiMatteo is President and a founding partner of American Profit Recovery, a nationally recognized accounts receivable management firm with offices in Franklin, Massachusetts, and Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Jeff currently serves as President of ACA International, the leading trade association for the accounts receivable management industry, after being elected to ACA’s Board of Directors in 2022. A longtime advocate for the profession, he also serves as President of the New England Collectors Association and has been an active ACA member for many years.
Throughout his career, Jeff has been recognized for his leadership and commitment to the industry. He was named ACA International’s Member of the Year in 2020 and received the ACA Education Foundation Award in 2011. He has earned both ACA’s prestigious Scholar and Fellow designations and has served on numerous ACA committees and task forces over the years. Most recently, he helped establish ACA’s Reputation Management Committee, an initiative dedicated to enhancing the industry’s public image and strengthening its reputation.
A respected industry spokesperson, Jeff has appeared on television, radio, podcasts, and other media discussing consumer financial issues, the credit and collections industry, and financial literacy. He remains an active advocate on legislative and regulatory matters at both the state and federal levels, regularly working with policymakers, industry leaders, and stakeholders to promote responsible consumer finance, effective public policy, and greater financial literacy. He is also a frequent speaker on reputation management, communications, and the evolving role of social media within the financial services industry.
