Dorothy Needs To Get Paid Too…

Small Business Saturday is coming up this weekend on November 29 and this reminded me of small business owner I helped one time.

Her name was Dorothy, and she owned a flower shop. She literally had an entire stack of work cards of people who owed her money. As I showed her our diplomatic debt collection program, she cordially thanked me for my time and told me that she just did NOT want a collection agency to be contacting her customers. I told her once again how diplomatic it was and how we can help her, she again politely thanked me for my time.

Honor and Courage !

As we approach Veterans Day, I wanted to throw a few feelings down about why this is such a great day. First, my Grandfather served in the US Army and second, my Dad served in the US Navy on the USS Forrestal. Both were and are great men!

I think about the courage that a person has to have in order to make a commitment to serve our country. Knowing that they could possibly make the ultimate sacrifice to protect the freedom that we all some days take for granted.

Happy Anniversary APR !

It is amazing to think that we started this company 10 years ago. On one hand, it seems like yesterday and on the other, it seems like a lot longer than that! I distinctly remember the day we first walked into an empty office space having just left our jobs. The day was September 13^th, 2004…..

Join Us For Making Strides on October 11th!

I just wanted to make a point of inviting everyone to join us at our annual Making Strides walk on October 11^th in Howell, MI. If I’m not mistaken, it will be our 7^th year participating in this event. It’s always a great chance to get outside and spend some time with your co-workers and friends. Personally, I feel like it’s a chance to honor the memory of my grandmother who passed away from breast cancer in 1985. The money raised from this event goes towards finding new and better ways to treat and cure this disease, and I have no doubt that the advances made […]
