A Place Where You Control Your Own Destiny

I’ve been part of American Profit Recovery’s team since 2010. I had just graduated from college and was looking for a job that I could honestly enjoy doing and decided to start here. It’s now 2019, and I’m still having fun working at this collection agency and I’m enjoying what I am doing because the “sky is the limit.”

What I mean by that is American Profit Recovery is a place where you control your own destiny and there is no cutoff to what can be earned. The more work you put in, the better the opportunity you have in regards to having a successful career here. The more you learn, the easier the days become. Also at American Profit Recovery, the owners dedicate one week every year to reward us for our hard work by putting together fun filled events both during and after work.

What I love the most about this company is that you are constantly learning something new every day regardless of your tenure. You are always growing and evolving which makes each day different and exciting. I love that our owners and management continue to challenge us to strive toward even bigger goals. Our owners and managers all make sure that they keep us encourage to never settle for good because there is always room to become great.

There are limitless opportunities here, and I couldn’t see myself working at any other collection agency or any other company for that matter. The working environment is the best I’ve ever experienced coming out of college from the laughs and stories we share to the positive energy I feel when I walk thru the door each day. My teammates and manager are always rooting for me to be the best that I can be which contributes to my motivation to reach for the sky. I look forward to continuing success with this company, and watching it grow beyond all of our imaginations.
